I also used them on a load of my youngest’s daughter’s  bed sheets, she’s potty training and had an accident and I could not get a slight odor out of her bedding and it was driving me crazy but after one wash with these it was gone!

I was sent their #FS04 And I'm In Love I Have Always Wanted Some Vintage-Y Brown Framed Glasses Like These And I Finally Got Them!Overall, I'm really happy with the glasses. They look good and they are comfortable. Ordering the glasses couldn’t be more simple. Now, I was a little skeptical about ordering sunglasses online at first. But, Firmoo made the process easy with their awesome Virtual Try On System 

These glasses not only are amazing looking, but they included this nice hard case a cleaning cloth bag and tiny screwdriver kit which is pretty outstanding packaging if you ask me!

I tend to be really rough on glasses, dropping them, sitting on them, letting my kids play with them but these glasses are sturdy, Maybe I'm used to wearing flimsier glasses, but these just seemed to be really well made and like they will last me a while! I love the style of them overall, especially the Shape and the brown coloring! Overall Firmoo was great to work with and they have amazing prices and high quality products that most importantly I feel comfortable wearing!

WHAT’S GROUNDING? 

(Here's my spill on grounding)

At first I was skeptical that something so simple could work but after reading as much as I could find on grounding, it seemed at least possible that it would work. 

Basically, the theory is that our bodies are meant to come into contact with the Earth (a “grounding” force) on a regular basis. Positive electrons in the form of free radicals can build up in our bodies and direct contact with the ground balances this out as it is a negative grounding charge.

Our bodies and cells have electrical energy, and especially with the high prevalence of Electromagnetic waves, Wi-Fi and mobile phone waves and etc, most of us have a high amounts built up in our bodies.

Throughout history, humans have spent time outdoors much more than we do now,  in modern time and have been in direct contact with the soil. From walking on the ground barefoot, to gardening and etc humans have always touched the earth until more recent modern times. Now, we live in houses, wear rubber shoes, are exposed to EMFs daily and don’t often come into direct contact with the ground.

Have you ever noticed that you sleep better on a beach vacation after walking in the sand or being in the ocean? The sand and ocean water and both naturally conductive materials and both help ground the body and remove excess positive electrons. For the same basic reason that we ground electrical outlets to avoid the build up of excess positive charge, our bodies need the same ground effect, Which Juil Shoes Provide!

I was able to pick a pair of Shoes from Juil, which was incredibly hard they are all so beautiful, but i finally decided on the Brio Sandals in Pewter! 

First off let me Rave about their packaging, the shoe box is adorable, sturdy slide out fun colors definitely a keeper, then you also get a beautiful mat bag!

The Brio Sandals are what I like to call a “dressier thong sandal”, (now I’m sure there is a correct name for them but that’s how I describe them) that come nine beautiful colors.  I cannot stress how comfortable these are and I didn’t feel the copper conduits at all.  They stay on my feet well and they look fabulous: I can wear these lovely shoes with a casual outfit or even throw them on with a dress and they look great. I really feel like the shoes did their job, I honestly was very skeptical of them actually working but I do feel less stressed, more energized and like I have slept better the past week, I usually toss and turn and wake up about 10 times a night! Not to mention my feet feel wonderful!  I would suggest these Juil Sandals to anyone looking for a stylish shoe and they come with the added benefit of grounding.

Strong Confident YOU Review + GIVEAWAY

When I was contacted by the owner/creator of Strong Confident YOU, I was ecstatic.  As a very picky clothing wearer, my workout clothes have even more specific of guidelines.  I like light breathable materials, longer shirts that won’t ride up but aren’t too long, unique pieces that don’t boast name-brands all over, and etc so needless to say I have trouble finding what I like, but Strong Confident YOU has just the perfect pieces!

 I was told to browse her lovely selection and pick a shirt that I liked, it was very hard narrowing my favorite down to just one but I went with “Fierce”!

When my package came in the mail, mighty quickly might I add,  I ripped it open and immediately tried it on, knowing it was already going to be my new favorite workout shirt.  I wore it the next day to drop kids off at school, workout, then go pick kids up and I in no way felt like I was in frumpy workout clothes so I was beyond pleased with actually looking good in workout clothes.  Beside the fact that everyone thought it was the coolest shirt, it was extremely light and breathable for the workout of the day.  It was also a great length (I chose a size medium)  It fit wonderfully without being too tight or too baggy, and it held it’s shape all day! (I cannot tell you how many “cute” workout shirts that I have that seriously fit wonderfully when I put them on but within an hour they are horribly loose and stretched, truly irritates me so much!) Through an entire workout it didn’t ride up and kept me comfy and was not restrictive.  Seriously gets an A+.

I think as parents we are always on a quest to feed our family healthier foods, at least I know I am. This book was so much fun I had to read it twice in one night, my youngest loved all the farm animals and they all loved the beautifully illustrated pages! My 2 older children love the CD that's included! That included Cd is such a Lifesaver, I spend a lot of my day in carpool lines waiting for kids to get out of school, so that means I always have at least one child to entertain in the car, and without a DVD player (ours died on us) Sing along Cd are the Best thing! Also if you put the CD s in the Computer they are fun Animated videos! 

A Hole in the Bottom of the Sea

This was another BIG hit in our house! Right now they are all into sea life so naturally this book was right up their ally! The Pictures are so fun and colorful, and the song/story was too cute! This book also included one of those Magical CDs that we get to take and enjoy in the car or during quite times at home!

Octopus Opposites

This Book was one I requested, for my 2 year old who has randomly become fascinated with Octopus the last few months (she has asked for Octopus birthday, and Halloween costume wish me luck on pulling that off) So as soon as I saw this book I knew it would get a 5 star rating from her, and it did! As soon as she saw the cover Squeals of happiness filled the room, and naturally we had to read it RIGHT AWAY! This is a wonderful board book which I love for little hands and inside you will find bright whimsical pages filled with opposites! I love when children first learn opposites it's too cute since reading this book my 2 year old has gone around comparing everything "little" "BIG" (different voice for each included)! This has become Her new Favorite book so I know I will be reading 10 times a day for the next year maybe, and I'm okay with that it's such a cute book! 

Bear's Busy Family

Meet the rest of Bear's family and learn about all of their busy activities. Smell, touch, taste and sound are all familiarized in this rhyming text, and there is a full spread family tree at the end.

We Love the Bear Books, they are always cute short sweet little books to read together! This one is also a board book so it makes it easy for travel and for little one's to discover on their own! The pictures were beautiful as always and my little munchkins thoroughly enjoyed seeing what the bears were up to in this story!

Overall We Love our Barefoot Books and I know from browsing their site that I will become a regular customer! They have so many great books to choose from and their site is so easy to navigate by age, subject, bestsellers, and etc so it makes it so much easier to find the perfect book for our Family!
