I’ve been wanting an area rug since we moved into our new home (our first real home) last summer, and when I found out that I was being given a chance to do a review and giveaway for Mohawk I was so excited!! Okay here are my Before and After pictures of my family room!

This room looks so dull before, I didn't realize it was that bad! lol

My husband and I refuse to buy new furniture until the kids are a little older (my luck they would have an “accident” with markers paint something on a new couch lol) But that doesn’t mean I don’t want my house to look nice and something as simple as adding an area rug can change/help your room more than you could imagine!

I had a very hard time deciding on which rug I wanted, but eventually chose the Mohawk Home 5'x8' Select Canvas Bangkok area rug. The colors are just great bright but not too much and I’m thinking I can match this rug to almost anything!! Oh and let me praise Mohawk real quick on their FAST delivery, I was told to expect the rug in 2 weeks and it was here by the end of the 1st week!!

WOW the difference is great!

So you can clearly see how much of a difference the MohawkHome 5'x8' Select Canvas Bangkok area rug made in my family room! It makes it look so much better and kind of distracts from the toys everywhere lol!

And this rug the, Mohawk Home 5'x8' Select Canvas Bangkok, is amazing! I can tell that it is so well made it’s plush and the design colors and details are just wonderful, and not to mention the design and colors are just timeless and It really makes me want spruce up my family room, before I had no idea where to start but now I’m just going to center my room design around this rug and go from there which will be so easy and I know it will look great!
